Can you imagine a world full of crabs? How can you describe them?Aha! Yes, some people can be comparable to a crab if he/she tries to pull other persons aspirations. Everyone wanted to be successful in their chosen lives that's why they kept on working day and night just to reach the highest peak of their ambitions. It's not bad to be ambitious anyway! coz everybody has it. Only a fool wanted to be a fool for the rest of their lives, right?( coz they could not think what is right).
Do you believe that if the fruit tree bear thousands of fruits, it become more attractive to the thieves? Yes! that's really true. A person who has a gift of skills, talents, potentials and possibility of promotions could be comparable to a fruit tree who bear thousands of fruits. And those thieves who attracted to it are also comparable to the crabs and more even closer to the people who kept on pulling such person who had several gifts of skills. talents and potentials. Sad to note, that those people who are less competent were promoted due to nepotism and under the table agreement. These promoted individuals become an allies to the administrations forever. But those who are more competent will be neglected in times of promotions but favorite in terms of work. Some competent persons are emotionally healthy.They give comment, suggest ways and has leadership potentials. That's why instead of helping this person to grow, some people in the position use their positions to trap the potential person because they're afraid that this person might replace their present position. Kawawa naman ang mga taong yon, they don't have such self confidence!, am I right? hahahahahah!Hindi joke to, its really happening everywhere!
